The historic Albergo Gelsomino Hotel on August 2nd and 3rd a gastronomic event by the two michelin stars winner Herve Deville, in the presence of many food lovers and fans of the prolific chef of London famous 'Sketch' who recently switched to Momo’s kitchen at Mayfair
From the very beginning this event attracted the attention of many locals as well as vistitors of our island. Due to the increased demand, the tasting event with Herve Deville was successfully repeated for a second consecutive night.
In the special five-course menu prepared for the evening by Herve Deville, the Moroccan Mediterranean flavors encountered everything in the chef’s signature style. In this culinary journey he was joined by our talented and award-winning Chefs: Paul Kyriakis (Consultant Chef), Sotiris Matsoukas (Executive Chef of Albergo Gelsomino Hotel) and Michael Marthas (Executive Chef of Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel + Spa).
